Olympia's program was okay but PerMich kinda ruined the Gladiator soundtrack for me and I'm going to struggle with programs to that for awhile, I think.

I thought was a great routine - really well choreographed. I especially liked the traveling element with the big intersecting circles. I thought they used their speed, and really filled the ice during that element. Too bad about the fall during the move element. One of the skaters in a Biellmann position fell forward, and that would have hurt.

The opening intersection was really well done, and the transitions into, and out of the element were very interesting, smooth, and creative. Their lifts were also really strong with only two skaters holding up the lifted skater, and the other skaters in a spiral position. Too bad about the fall later in the program.

There were a lot of interesting elements in the program, but there were also a couple of mistakes on the elements that seem to cost them technically. Sweden is not the Synchronized Skating powerhouse that they were, but they are still pushing the boundaries of the sport.

I want to like these dresses on Berlin 1 but the waistline drops way too low and the weird cutouts at hip-level are NOT flattering at all.

BTW - Berlin 1? Please get a better name. If you want to denote your status as the 1st synchro team in Berlin then maybe try Premiere or Uno or something other than the numeral 1, okay? kthxbye!!!!!

I don't think that was the best program in terms of the choreography, or the performance, but they had really good skating skills, and speed throughout.

I thought this team had the best formations so far in the competition. Watching the pivoting block, as an example, I really got the sense of watching a group moving, and the way the element flowed from one position to another was so effective.

I thought that was a really strong performance. Great commitment to the concept, and definitely a lot of 'Passion' on the ice, and from the stands. I really liked the positions that the skaters in the lifts got.
