Good skate, but I'm not feeling this program. They have a lot of very difficult technical movements in the choreography, but it doesn't build to anything for me. That seems to be the calling card of the Shpilband program.

I loved Kao Miura's Beauty and the Beast LP last year, so it's not that I don't like the music, but I really didn't feel any connection to this program.

Really nice lifts. The exits are easy and controlled. And the choreo elements are stunning. The last step sequence, though, was quite slow and anemic.

oh no I think the music is fab, and I'm impressed they were able to do it without making it look too junior. But the choreography has 0 connection to the music.

Or at least his costume designer knows that.
