So I'll admit this is one of my favorite programs of all time: good underused music choice that is exquisitely interpreted (esp. Lambiel's hands) and fake knee-high boots. The whole thing just reeks of good taste, and I'm here for it.

Adrian was a better skater than 10th place, but he made those errors. I'm not looking forward to the great program by another skater who messed up, but could have won it all, as we know, even though the politics weren't necessarily behind him. Jereamazin' rockin' Shae Lynn Bourne's rad choreo!

BTW, does anyone know what Adrian is doing these days? I know he sadly had to retire with back problems. His fp that year is still the absolute voidy boss! Sweet Adrian is shades of Bjorn Borg. Yum!

@misskarne tried to call it that way, but was overruled. There wasn't enough weight transfer to justify invalidating the combo. I don't think an entire combination should be invalidated because the boot brushes the ice.
