That member didn't say that Liza's LP is definetely a tango. "Liza's program is in her style, a tango or some Spanish motives". And that member also said that she liked the parts she saw

Whatever works I guess. No matter the music/style/choreographer it all looks the same. They will probably just change it or deplete the choreography anyway

Duhamel & Radford had already revealed their plan to revamp their long program to "Muse" for this season. They have now posted on Facebook the following:

We are really excited to announce the newest addition to our team, John Kerr! He is working with us this week on the choreography for our Olympic Season short program, "With or Without you" by April Meservy.
This music really resonates with us and it's a song that we have had set aside for many years, waiting for the right moment to use it. We feel very passionately about this program. It is "us" with some new colour added to our skating, thanks to John and Julie.
We plan to debut our program at Patinage Quebec's summer provincials competition in August!

Agreed. They must have noticed how much choosing a cover of a famous song that builds towards a climax has worked wonders for wrapping in the audience... for both pairs and dance teams this past season.

For the long: Spanish music, but not in the traditional sense. It will be a montage based on a Spanish character known worldwide.
For the short: will use part of a previously used music, but with a different approach.
