Well, I had my weekly phone conversation with my cousin in England that caused me to put the stream on hold for almost an hour so I've just finished watching the FD. Pleased for the medalists.

For those getting ads on YouTube - I got so annoyed with that during anything I wanted to watch that I actually now spend the monthly fee for the Premium version.

Now off to watch the Men - missed the 1st two only.

I'm so used to looking forward to the FD's after the skaters choose the same five Tangos, etc. for the RD's, especially now that the seniors doesn't even have CD excerpts, even if I end up just as disappointed with their FD music, but such fun music for the '80's theme for the RD makes most of the FD music that much more dire.

How do Grimm/Savitskiy bear that atrocious combination of Rondo Capriccio and Carmen? It almost makes me long for Gliere's Shrieking Cat piece.
