We do not know. But it seems that his management agency is not in a close relationship with ATS.
aaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww....that is a shame. Hopefully Stars on Ice will invite him to do some guest spots in the future.

The Kakao TV channel has the SBS broadcast clips of Today's show. But I'm not sure if it's accessible outside Korea.

https://tv.kakao.com/channel/3081931/video

The video list includes both 2018 and 2019 ATS's. Please note that SBS sports will broadcast the Saturday show live, in addition to Today's show.

ETD: The SBS site has the archive for the current and past shows. For the past shows, click the pull-down menu at the top of the right side column.

Thanks for the links @seabm7

Loved Park, this cannot be the end. 2a to die for
Awesome to see Choi back (the program I disliked though)

Y. Kim's 'One day I'll fly away' and E. Lim's 'Is that alright' really suited them; I would like to see those transformed into competitive programs.
(Though remember what happens to Miki's 'Requiem' maybe I don't :D)

Lovely to see Sui/Han and Javi skating again!

This may be an unpopular opinion, but Yuna Kim's EX "Issues" seems to me a rather questionable choice for a program. Yes, she is the greatest female figure skater known to this generation, and yes, she is expressive and can perform to a range of wide music.

But "Issues"? This seems more like a program that fits Vanessa James and Morgan Cipres' style. If put into a short program, I imagine these two would blow their competition out of the water with their raw sexiness.

Basically, my issue with Yuna Kim's EX "Issues" is that the music and the skater may not exactly match each other.

Thanks for all the videos, to all who posted them.
Sui/Han - magic!

Russian Medvedeva fans are arguing on Russian chats if Soyoun Park "stole" an exhibition number from Medvedeva, since Soyoun is also skating to Ariana Grande's - 7-Rings and in a Pink fur coat... :D

(.... the 2 Russian Gypsy programmes killed my soul... :slinkaway) but over all i liked the show.

What an incredible treat to see Yuna skating again. Both she and her skating are as beautiful as always.

I'm sorry but I have to take issue with this. Yuna looks like she has gained just the right amount of age and weight in her retirement, that she can truly be described as sexy now. Just look at those videos. I also think Sandra brings this side out from her better than David does. "Don't Stop the Music!" was one of Yuna's sexiest programs before.

She has always been beautiful, inside and out, her skating one of the glorious wonders of the world, but now add genuinely sexy to all of the superlative adjectives one might use to describe her!

Finally, someone takes issue against my issue ;). I thought I was going to be attacked by rabid Yuna fans, but this seems a decent point.

Yuna Kim is great skater, I have no doubt of this. She has done beautiful programs, and I will say that her Olympic programs (2010 Bond girl and Gershwin) actually drew me in. I was actually quite excited to see one of my favorite songs being used as a program.

But the "Issues" EX confused me.

After "Send in the Clowns" and the exquisite "Adios Nonino" from her 2014 Olympic year, I was expecting more raw power and abandon from her. "Issues" comments on the problems a couple may have, and how they face it together. The lyrics are pretty much spelled out there. Being honest about oneself is important, which is the main issue in "Issues", which is why I love it.

I'm not saying that a skater has to be in a relationship to do any such program. But I can't get a sense of what Yuna Kim was trying to do or say with the music. Thus why I question this choice for this skater.
