I discovered Reverb, which is a YouTube channel dedicated to breaking down various songs to the fundamentals and recreating the sound. From glancing at the video library, it seems they have various people dedicated to different musical genres. I've been obsessed with William Kurk recreate bass lines and synth sounds lately.
His breaking down and recreating Madonna's "Into the Groove" made me realize how fire that bass line was and it might be the best bass line in pop music:

I also enjoyed his break down of Donna Summer's "I Feel Love" which is probably my favorite disco song ever and way ahead of its time:
