Wow I have no idea what you guys are doing, I haven't been on here for a very long time and I thought it was the old word game that we used to play like when you said a word and someone else responded with something it reminded them of. I see this is a whole new world here...

I had still been on the original wordle site and since I missed today’s puzzle, after 59 straight wins, I figured I would do the NYT version. So that’s today’s result.

I was a little surprised to see people struggling with today's; I didn't think it was nearly as hard as WATCH the other day. I know there were a few options, but not as many as CATCH, LATCH, PATCH, HATCH ...

I picture a bunch of people sitting around a big conference table trying to come up with as many words that rhyme as possible to make the next puzzle hard. :angryfire;) I know, I'm old, they probably just tweet a list to each other. :rolleyes:

I got today's word, but I can't take any credit, because my husband gave me a hint.

It either took him 6 tries to get it, or he didn't get it, I can't remember which. :D
