Who skated to Silent Lucidity?

I know this is super random and probably a total long shot and really it’s not super important but I figured I’d ask! My friend remembers back in the early 90s watching a skating routine to (an instrumental version of) Silent Lucidity by Queensryche. From what she remembers and I can piece together it’s most likely a dance team. (She remembers them doing a type of dance lift). Oh and she says she thinks the lady had medium brown hair. Does anyone know who it could be? We’re Canadian so it may have just been at nationals or something...
