What would Ross Miner's have been at the Olympics if he had sent like he should of?

I believe StasiyaGalustyanLove is refering to Proverbs, Chapter 2, Versus 16 and 17.
Yes, thanks Jill. I had to find our bible which was under a stack of Mens' Fitness magazines. But I found it today and was reminded this is the probable of the adulteress women. As for me, I do not have difficulties resisting female temptation but some of those close to me are not always as true to our Calling's.

I wonder which versus Ross and Heidi find special to them in their marital pathways.

What an off-the-rails thread!

Adam finished top 10 at this Olympics with 259 points (?). Ross attended Worlds twice and his best finish at a Worlds was 11th in 2011, then lower in 2013. His best international score was in 2015 where he score around 248 points. Nearly three years ago. It's no contest to see who belonged at the Olympics.

As for Ross's quad. I think he has landed it twice in history - 2012 NHK and at 2018 Nationals. Maybe more, but that hardly makes him someone who lands quads.

Now Adam is out of Worlds, and Jason Brown is in! Poor Ross!

#whynotross :mitchell:
This is the worse injustice that has happened in skating since the Samantha Ceasario scandal! At the point, I am convinced USA skating has a personal problem with Ross and with Ross's forever partner Heidi, they must have said or done something to anger a high-up official in the group. But Ross would never of something like that, while as Jason Brown has the nerve to show up with no quads, a terribly hair-cut, and he gets all the luck just because people always talk about his "transitions."

Some thing must be done to stop this! Surely somebody on this web sight will start a movement for Ross!

This is confusing to me! He has landed quads, but he is not "someone who lands quads."

It's like the world of figure skating is all mixed up, inside around and twirled sideways! First I learn that there is someone named "Dave" who is also a "Aunt" named "Joyce" and now landing quads is the same as not being someone who lands them, I'm going to loose my mind!

Deep breaths baby.

My statement meant that Ross does not regularly land quads. I should have been clearer

Wanna trade back copies? (of Mens Fitness, not the bible) :p

Anyways, @StasiyaGalustyanLove your prayers have been answered! Galustyan is on the roster for Worlds!
Some of our back copies are heavily stained, but I am all for swapping things that are in good condition.

Hallelujah and Amen for Galustyan! I cannot wait to see her, and in a way it may be lucky for every one that Ross and she are not both there at the same time because Galustyan might distract or, worst, even attract Ross and that would lead to tension for the best couple since Tom Cruise use to be marred to Katie Homes.

Galustyan and Keegan in one event! My time at the prayer retreat was obviously very fruitful because God has been listening! Corky and I (who have grown even closer together after our lengthy discussion on my return) may have to break our little no alcohol rule for this event and crack open the wine coolers to celebrate while watching. ?

I don't see her name on the list now ...

I think I totally mixed up Galustyan with Kuchvalska, which is such a rookie mistake.

My sincerest apologies to Corky and Bonnie!

I would exercise caution regarding the wine coolers. Inhibitions are easily lowered after a wine cooler or two, especially with Keegan's cowboy hat on your screen, not to mention easy access to Mens Fitness magazine--it may lead to a sticky situation.

Trust me, I've been there before. :shuffle:

I don't know who Kuchavlski is but if Galustyan does not make it to worlds that will only make me hope she comes back next season with joyfull skating and the happy but artistical programs she has always performed with flare.

The story about a sticky situation reminds me of a time me and my navy friends went to a Turkish sauna but that belongs in a different online conversational place!

Meanwhile, my wife found a wonderful story about Ross: http://www.espn.com/olympics/winter...8-joy-disappointment-figure-skater-ross-miner

What a inspiration! I am jealous of the kids who get to work with him as their coach. I would of loved the opportunity to have a coach like that, very touching experience!

Japan had 3 men at the Olympics.
And the one who dressed and skated like a drunk mime should never of been allowed to go there, awful awful awful! How dare NBC pay billions of dollars just to make red blooded American watcher like my wife and I sit through crap like that, especially when people like Ross were screwed harder then

I see the name of the writer is Bonnie. Is there something Red Hot Chili Keegan isn't telling us?

Corky, you're turning all glam-Russian on us!

This is confusing, I have no idea what you mean or are talking about!

But that Japanese man was a disgrace. I would of thought the olympics were a time to represent you're nation with honor and glory but that darn mime program was so awful, it ruined our hole night! I hope Ross wasn't watching, the frustration! I can't imagine how sore he would of been.

Ross probably stopped training after being named such a low level alternate. Jason not going is more confusing to me.

In the times when I am most confused, there are only two places I turn to aside from my wife. Those places that I turn to are, of course, The Lord, and the second is the music of Billy Joel. That is a common bond between Ross and I, we both love "The Piano Man" and also we both are in forever relationships with humans whom are beautiful both inside and out.

So, Meggon, as I learn this awful awful news about Ross, I must hold on tight to what I truly believe and know that The Lord will bless Ross and Heidi with goodness and bounties. I must accept that Max Aarronn will fill the artistical hole that Ross' absence leaves us with. I firmly think that Max can create tight forms and shapes on the ice, also I had a close buddy named Max in my navy days. All of this reminds me, it is time to renew my wifes perscription to Mens Fitness!

Brad, it seems we are both lost and confused. May I share with you these words from one of Mr. Joel's greatest song to bring us all comfort as we move into Spring time.

We had the Midas Touch/Until we met the Dutch/and they exhausted our supplies/whose to pay for this international flight/who could stay/we were only there for the night/we watched the power fall/Inside the Oslo hall/where all the Norwegians cried”.
