I spend a lot of time on the road so I notice license plates. It makes me happy that so many states now have many different plates within their state & many of them are very inventive in their message.
Don't see many Canadian plates where I live so I am not sure if you Canadians have optional plates within your provinces or not.

When plants need deadheading. DH has to keep me from plucking those dead flowers off plants. Because the blooming plants will continue to have pretty blooms long into the season if taken care of.

Wheat fields in late spring and early summer especially if blue/black storm clouds are overhead. The swaying, golden stalks of wheat really pop against that sky. I live on the edge of a city so wheat fields (and a beautiful Buddhist temple) are just around the corner.

Well in the province where I live we can pay extra for different plates that support things like our major sports teams, firefighters, and certain other organization.

Totally shallow after that but I always notice how women are dressed and groomed. I’ve paid a lot of compliments to total strangers with a real sense of style and/or what looks good on them. Almost never fashionistas or beauty queens, just that normal girl whose green-gold scarf looks great with her eyes.

I look at particularly fugly clothing and try to imagine who decided to manufacture it, as well as sell it! Apparently there is a customer for everything

Yes, our optional plates all represent & support various organizations so the additional money they cost is worth it.
My own optional plate is Smokey The Bear, which represents & supports efforts to prevent forest fires, something both our countries suffer with.

Tiny spots on walls where the painter missed a spot. Or got some color on the white trim or white on the colored area.

You and I are the painters’ nightmare. I’m about to choose between about ten shades of creamy white for our bedroom. Bet you right now it will be #11.

I follow sports a lot so I notice when two players are listed at the same height and are clearly not the same height at all. Like Caitlin Clark and Paige Bueckers both being listed as 6 feet but Caitlin being noticeably taller.
