The god damned double-toe I learnt the double sal in 2 days, and it’s been 2 years now and I still can’t get the double toe. Have been altering my technique so much I feel like I’ve learnt 50 different jumps
I am working on coming back to skating regularly. I've been injured for six months. Reentry onto the ice is difficult and my body has lost all of what little condition it had.
I’m working on extensions (extending my free leg and pointing my toes on strokes and progressives), outside Mohawks, and three-turns. To coincide with working on the European Waltz, Fourteenstep and Foxtrot. Even though I’ve passed two out of the three dances, I’m competing them this year along with the Ten-Fox (outside mohawk’s in there too) and the Hickory Hoedown, so its always a good idea to try to make them even better.
