President Trump singled out Palo Alto figure skater Vincent Zhou at the White House on Friday when he and around 200 other Team USA Olympic and Paralympic athletes were given a champions’ welcome.

Trump, who mentioned a few of the athletes by name, took a particular interest in the Olympic feats of the 17-year-old Zhou. At the Pyeongchang Winter Games, Zhou may not have medaled, but he was remembered more for pulling off a first-ever maneuver at the Olympics than his sixth-place finish. “Vincent Zhou landed the first quadruple lutz in Olympic competition,” Trump said. “Quadruple! Wow. That’s a lot.”

There's also a thread in the PI forum; I mentioned Vincent and linked to the video here: Winter Olympians & Paralympians will visit the White House on April 27

ETA that @seabm7 posted the 2nd article link in the Programs/Choreographers thread earlier today - relevant excerpt from Elliott Almond's May 3rd article:
The skater was talking the other day from Toronto where he worked with well-known choreographer Lori Nichols on next season’s short program. He plans to enlist Jeffrey Buttle to choreograph the free skate. Buttle did both of his programs this past season.
