I'm tired too. :)
I said long ago, that I am not ready to discuss Evgeni and Alexei on a forum. Not because of Yagudin. You may tell anything, as you see. It's OK.
I'll tell only one story. It was 2010. Lambiel's fans were surprised, when they read, that Lambiel won't go to skate with Evgeni somewhere in Siberia. It was Yagudin who agreed to run to Siberia and to replace Lambiel in Evgeni's show. Lambiel's fans were saying: "It is interesting to know, are they going to make Yagudin dance around Plushenko too and kneel on a knee?" "I had the same question. LOL But Yag won't kneel for sure." "I just hope, that maybe they'll do normal beginning and final for everybody, so that Stephane won't have to bow too"
Yagudin came, Yagudin skated 2 times for encore, the articles informed, that Yagudin thanked the audience. (Why Yagudin was the one who thanked? Who knows.) Totmianina and Marinin also came and skated. Yagudin didn't kneel, Totmianina didn't kneel and Marinin didn't kneel.
So... that is what Lambiel's fans thought about Evgeni's shows.
You suppose, that people speak about Evgeni's arrogance because of Yagudin. Well... I don't think, that Yagudin is the reason.
Yet I really hope, that now Evgeni became more attentive to people.
I like how Evgeni can speak now.
As for Yagudin... to say the truth, he often kneels.

Weird post. Those shows were cancelled. A show was held only in Angarsk.

"Communication of Ari Zakarian's

Dear fans of Evgeni Plushenko!

I am the organizer of the show "Kings of the Ice." Unfortunately, the tour was canceled for technical reasons, due to which I apologize on behalf of the organizers in Moscow and regions. Evgeni Plushenko in this show is a guest skater and he is not responsible for cancellation of the tour. All questions which you have in this regard, you can address to me: [email protected]

Sincerely, Ari Zakarian.

https://www.sports.ru/figure-skating/74461671.html

Stefan Lambiel: "I'm very upset because of the cancellation of the tour" Kings of Ice "

Olympic medalist Stefan Lambiel was upset by the cancellation of the tour around Russia with the show "Kings of Ice", but managed to spend his spare time with benefit.

"I was very upset by the fact that the tour of Russia for the show" Kings of Ice "was canceled. I was looking forward to this tour, and I'm really sorry for those who were going to buy tickets and come see us. I really hope that I can use a personal guide, made by my Russian fans, another time. My next performance will take place in the Swiss Wengen on 18 December.

In any case, I had time to stay at home and train on the ice. Last Monday I attended Lady Gaga's concert in Zurich - it was amazing and just fantastic. Thanks to her, I had a great start to the week, "Lambiel wrote on his website.

So if you don't know Evgeni doesn't care of the organize of the shows. Ari is working instead of him. Probably Lambiel couldn't go to Angarsk show and it seems the others were cancelled. And probably Ari Zakarian invited Alexei and Tot/Mar.

Maybe Lambiel fans think that about Evgeni's shows but it seems Lambiel likes to skate there and they are good friends. He was guest skater on KOI many times since 2009. I saw him in December 2016. I was on 3 KOIs. I didn't see any kneeling.

Many famous skaters like to skate, too in KOI shows: Joubert, Verner, Righini, Amodio,Elladj Balde, Candeloro, Weir, Misha Ge, Sotnikova, Kira Korpii, Irina Slutskaya, Fumie Suguri, Suriya Bonaly, etc ...I don't think they are humiliated by Evgeni. OMG! What a weird opinion! Not to mention Ari is the choreographer of the show.

Probably you like Evgeni's speak now because you listen to the original videos, not his haters' false words.. He was a kind, funny, and sincere guy in his whole life.

He doesn't need to be more attentive to the people. He had many charity actions and will be more, I'm sure

Wow! And LOL. Lala, you are patient. :)
You know... I saw the original videos on which I don't like Evgeni's way to speak. Maybe I am wrong. Anyway, I am not perfect. That's for sure. And I think sometimes I was arrogant, even though I am not a champion.
(Actually, that is why I like Yagudin's words about a prostitute. I don't compare to Evgeni now. I compare to myself. Maybe I used to be modest, but later I could say: "I won't work like this anymore!" Now I think it is right to talk, if I don't like something; and it is right to forget problems; the word "prostitute" really helps)

Alexei was performing in the Bolshoi theatre (2017)

The dancing competition for children and juniors exists for 7 years. This year it turned into the National "Rite of Spring" Prize. Yagudin is one of the adult famous people who were invited to participate in the play together with children which won the prizes a year ago, and to give them their prizes.
Here is the video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myqi0IugTP0&t=6m30s
Yagudin is Ivan, Vasilisa is his wife-to-be. Vasilisa wants to have many sons, and Ivan wants to have many-many-many daughters as beautiful as Vasilisa. Many boys and girls show what it would be like: many-many sons and daughters.
Then the Witch spirits away Vasilisa. The Witch wants Ivan to marry her daughter, though her daughter wants to marry Stepan and doesn't want to be a witch. Ivan seeks for his girl, meets the Fox, the Wolf and the Bear. The Witch stops the time. Her daughter and Stepan make the Spring come.
In the end both pairs get married.

:) Lol... They should have invited him, so that he could say, that he doesn't care. (!!!)

Alexei Nikolaevich Mishin and Alexei Yagudin are included to the Figure Skating Hall of Fame in Colorado

alexei.yagudin: Today I was included to the Figure Skating Hall of Fame, which is located in Colorado Springs (USA, Colorado). Of course, being included to the Hall of Fame is an honour for me, I am happy. I want to thank all those who voted for me. Yet....... actually, I don't care!!! I try to think not about the past, but about the present, in which the close-knit family is my main victory, my Hall of Fame. Two charming daughters. This is the coolest thing!!!

They could go together. It seems, Mishin doesn't care too. :)

It could be such a charming event...

It is said, that now 3 Russian coaches are there. Moskvina is there since 2005, Tarasova is there since 2008.

Do not take it as offence to the honour given. He is just fully happy now with his family and he said the same thing on an interview for Russian TV. That if he knew what kind of happiness, the kids and family brings he would exchange all his medals for it. That is not bad, just everything for its time.

Thank you, Irena. :) Yet don't worry for him, he is an adult man. When his wife says, that he is a clown, she adds: "He won't take offence. He teaches me not to take offence."
Maybe we need to learn not to take offence. And not to think too much about titles and medals. Don't worry for him. He thanked people.
Nice to meet you!!! :)

They congratulated TAT one more time in Peter (21 April).
It seems, Yagudin's mood was fantastically good. I think in Moscow his skating to Kirkorov's song was OK, but in Peter his skating was extremely beautiful :)

9 May is The Victory Day in Russia :)
somewhere in subway...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NlZBxhZ2kH8

Yagudin (a short video):
My grandma was in Leningrad during the Siege. Once all the family went to get bread, they went by tramway. And in the tram a friendly man stepped up to them, he talked to them, he was joking... my grandma says she remembers how he caressed her head, he said: "Such a nice beautiful girl!" That's all, he left the tram after a few stations. While this man was talking, he stolen all the cards for food. It so happened, that all the family had nothing to eat. Three members of the family died. Out of four. My grandma stayed alone, she was a little girl, she was taken to an orphanage.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWMT410KQSM (no subs)

Yagudin:
Watching the Victory Day parade for the second time! And we thank once again our dear veterans for the peace and for our lives!!!!!!
https://twitter.com/yagudinofficial/status/597103913779798016

Only few veterans are still alive. So now the Russians take portraits of the dead and carry them. It wasn't Putin's idea, the first march of the Immortal Regiment took place not in Moscow. As for me, I don't even think, that a war can be a reason to be proud, but I really like, that my counry tries to remember the real war - as it is. The real war isn't a beautiful game. I am worried, when I see, that even Russians start to make movies, in which a war looks too beautiful and cool.
Yet I like, of course, that people on this video are smiling:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YjQsfc3XENQ the Immortal Regiment
Now the Immortal Regiment marches in many countries.

I've learned to love "The Day of Victory" song.
This song is translated, but it is a pity, that the most important words are not saved in the translation. "Sadness" is not the right word. In Russian we have:
This is a celebration with gray hair on our heads,
This is a gladness with tears in our eyes...

This is a post by a woman who works with children with special needs. She tells, that Averbukh presented their children tickets to his show. This woman writes:
"A special thanks to Alexei Yagudin for the friendship and for the support "
https://www.instagram.com/p/BSAnGI2lFyS/

And one more post by her. She writes, that one girl gave her books to Yagudin, Navka and some other skaters, and they also presented a toy made by children to Yagudin's and Totmyanina's daughters. She writes:
"Lyosha thank you very much ❤"
(and a photo with children)
https://www.instagram.com/p/BSEk2hDFuDF/

A small text, which was added to Yagudin's book by the editors (among other texts):

"Alexei Yagudin participated in many charity competitions in Connecticut, earnings from them go to the fund supporting our athletes. In our opinion he "has won the gold" helping such people."
Beau Doherty, Connecticut Special Olympics executive director

No, I don't think, that Yagudin "has won the gold" helping such people in Russia. He just does what he wants to do, and it's OK, that he does what he wants to do.

I like the "100 questions to an adult" show with Yagudin, because I think every word is important, when one talks to kids, to teenagers. Lyosha came twice to this show. The children were allowed to ask any questions. He was patient from the beginning to the end, I like, that children laugh. The kids ask about him, but he speaks about all the athletes, about these children... Maybe he just says: "As for other athletes... I don't know" - but I really like, that lives of other athletes are important for him, that he doesn't want to think only about himself.

a girl: Alexei, you impressed us today, actually! We all know, that athletes often are not very talkative, and you didn't need to think each time when you answered a question. Thank you very much for your openness.

FISU Volunteers Leaders Academy is a forum, which was opened in Kazan on June 3rd
https://www.instagram.com/p/BWFccYKjtqi/

Alexei was invited to share his experience with young age.

Alexei Yagudin: I'm happy, that I have spent my day off profitably. I'm really proud, that I was entrusted with becoming a part of the students sport. First I was an ambassador of @krasnoyarsk2019 and today I was invited to the #FISU Panel Discussion to share my experience with young guys who is ready to become #volunteers. It's cool, that so many people are ready to dedicate part of the life to sport and other people!

Alexei and Tanya tried not to tell Liza, that they were champions.

When Liza Yagudina was little, she said, that her dad was a parrot, when she was asked what was his job. Now she tells other children, that her family has a lot of photo sessions and etc. Now Alexei tries to remind her, that he is a parrot.
When they wait for their turn in an airport, Liza says, that they could say who is their dad, so that other people would let them go without waiting.

On this video Liza says: "Dad, everybody are waving to me, because I am beautiful."
alexei.yagudin: "Our modest girl... lol"

Rina, this was AWESOME. So so so awesome. My god, his making fun of ice dancers (likely in the presence of Morozov) was hysterical. <3

:) "Morozov"? What about Tarasova who had to become a coach, when she was very young? :) Alexei touchs her to show, that he wants to apologise.

:) And of course, Lyosha's smile is awesome, when Tatiana Anatolievna shouts at him. Somebody writes: "How can Tarasova shout at Kovtun?!" (or something like that). I remember Yagudin's smile and... I don't understand what's the issue.

Well there is THAT too, yes. I'm forever amused at how Morozov made it seem like he and Alexei were SOCLOSE and Alexei was like "We went camping once..." *snort*

The one way shipping on Morozov's part is HYSTERICAL.

Alexei is just... *le sigh* he's playful and sweet and painfully blunt. What's not to like?

:) A funny congratulation

alexei.yagudin: Happy birthday, dear @averbukhofficial! I wish you never-ending strength for your never-ending ideas. and remember I'm always next to you and I'm ready to help, even if you don't see me

:) And a funny exposition in Petersburg. The texts were promising, that on the first floor people would be able to see materials from the archives belonging to Tamara Moskvina and Alexei Mishin, on the second floor they would see the history of their students: Alexei Urmanov, Alexei Yagudin, Artur Gachinski, Elena Berezhnaya and Anton Sikharulidze, Oxana Kazakova and Artur Dmitriev, Yuko Kavaguti and Alexander Smirnov. It was said, that Mishin and Moskvina had 2 Olympic champions in men single skating and 4 Olympic champions in pairs.
It was interesting to know who were those "2 Olympic champions" and which of Yagudin's costumes they were going to show as a "legendary" one (in this context)...
http://www.forsmi.ru/announce/364112/
Moskvina, Mishin, Bestemianova, Bobrin, Yagudin and Totmianina were going to come to the opening. It seems Mishin didn't come...
