I was not overly enthusiastic about the 2nd half bonus in the first place. I am not convinced we even need the bonus system. There is such a thing as micromanagement.

Jot, Seems to me that people are looking, hearing and talking about this topic so then, no, I don't think the 3 monkey photo is applies here. Bottom line, do we even need the bonus, in the first place? I could make an argument either way but generally, I don't like it. Too much micromanagement.

Bard, if you don't like the thread, you need not read it and you certainly need not post to it. Does someone have a gun to your head forcing you to read the thread?

Well, I started out liking the thread. When I get a chance to read topics that interest me some, I try to post in those threads. I try to make it here at some point of the day to read a few threads when I have time especially since other things come up especially in my life since it's changed so much.

My answer to this question is that I don't think the jumps and other technical skills will ever become an individual competition or will be separated from the presentation or artistic skills. To me, the Team Event will more than likely be the biggest change they made now and through the century.
