Need help deciding, which is better for someone with asthma, acid reflux, fibromyalgia and back problems?

I love my Tempurpedic adjustable bed. I have fibromyalgia and was waking up every morning at 4 am because of hip pain. Not with this bed. Being adjustable also helps because I can relieve pressure pain by pushing a button. Whenever I sleep in a hotel bed, no matter how luxurious, I still wish I had my own mattress. It's been 10 years since I invested in the bed and I have never regretted doing so.

We got a sleep number bed in our hospital call room because several different people would be using it. I found it to be really uncomfortable, but I like a very firm mattress. We used it for less than a year and then went back to a traditional mattress, which we all preferred.

I love my Sleep Number. I have asthma, sometimes have reflux/back issues. I like softer, my husband likes very firm. I have a split king, so I can put my head up, but he doesn't have to. I do have one where I can also put up my feet, but he doesn't have to, but it had too much pillow top even for me so it is in the guest room. So if my back is out, I sleep in there and put the feet up.
