Renewal

My subscription is up this week and I would like to renew for a year. When I try to purchase, it will only allow me to gift the 1 year, but I can purchase or gift all the others. Can anyone help? What am I doing wrong?

If you are currently subscribed for a year, that option won’t show until the current subscription expires sorry.

Thanks @SHARPIE ! I wondered if that was Why. I can stick it out until I'm 100% expired.

I got the same message so I went ahead and renewed for two years because that option would work. Just got a message I was expired. I should have waited a few hours, but it was in the middle of 4CC!!!

Sorry about that @Lizziebeth. There is a work around in these circumstances but you’d have to PM me and if I’m stuck at work or asleep it’s not something I can action as quickly as choosing another subscription.

everything is good! I realize you are not on duty 24 hours a day
