Much as I like Trennnt, I get such a strong reminder of David Pelletier from him that I can't focus on Trennnt.
Nothing negative about DP, he just overshadows Trennnt in every way IMHO. The fact that Queen Katya has taken DP as her consort is confirmation of my preference.

I don't get all the votes for Cong Han. He's an excellent pairs partner for Sui, a very talented athlete and a nice-looking young man, but POSTY???

Plus, Katsalapov is not so much sexy/porny or attractive as he is full of himself.

Why Brian Johnson and Trennt Michaud don't have way more votes is hugely puzzling. Maybe it's because a lot of FSUers don't give pairs skating much thought or cred, so these two aren't widely known by a lot of skating fans. Boy are you guys missing out though!

He has reportedly raised his hand against his girlfriend, and perhaps had his actions forgiven or overlooked. If he repented and was forgiven, that's different -- if indeed he physically harmed her, was taken to task, and truly has repented and reformed his ways.

It's kind of interesting how in one of the other semifinal threads, Kevin Aymoz is being dismissed as a crybaby, whilst macho manhandler, Katsalapov, is being defended here as the ideal example of what FSU looks for in a top POSTY.

So what that creative and handsome Kevin Aymoz is in touch with his feelings and he isn't afraid to show his emotions publicly! Better a sensitive, artsy, huggable POSTY than a narcissistic type who resorts to fists first.

For example, I was recently enjoying some Canadian pairs Qualifying performances. Lo and behold, Mark Bardei got missed being at least in these POSTY semi-final polls! You can't overlook him whenever he skates with second-generation Ms. Brasseur tho' Oh and btw, Justine Brasseur's boyfriend should also at least be in the semi-final polls (U.S. pairs skater, Spencer Howe).

The man is simply ordinary, where is Adria Diaz? Bad tempered boys don't make the cut and I don't see him as particularly attractive, cute maybe. I mean where is my Andrew Poje? He cannot be excluded just because of the retirement issue? Come on.....

Wowza, those ice dance men tho' seriously outnumbering the pairs and singles men, eh! Nine out of 17 PSOTY winners are ice dance hotties!!!
