Due to Morgan Cipres' problematic activities, I think it is necessary to address his 2016 reign in the history books as one of FSU's most prestigious award winners. Should he retain this PSOTY status, should it go to runner up Alex Shibutani, or should it be left vacant in this history books? Thank you.
