Torgashev's music - his gliding is probably the best in this group, not sure whether in the next one someone would be gliding better. I don't know whether it's visible on the screen but it's soundless, super fast and just flows. Pitot's probably being the worst. Torgashev also seems to have the most conduct of the blades - his steps are so effortless, I mean he's not Patrick Chan but he would not be shamed had they competed on the same ice.
 
Naumov's music. He looks defeated even before the music really starts. 3A. Think he is only skating the entries into the jumps?

I don't think Naumov is here to compete. He looks out of it :(
to a point of ending the spin in the opposite direction, turning to the judges side with an embarrased smile

Torgashev's skating skills are truly first rate, something that's not reflected in his PCS. His mom taught him well.
 
Economides' music. Erm.. again no music. Seems to be a thing this practice. Ok, a new music now. A really cool start. Selevko pops an axel from a spread eagle. I love economides' programmes. Not necessarily his skaitng, but the programmes and a skater of such a erm.. not high level pulling all that choreography.
The spin this time was not into the music and very slow, if he manages to spin into the beat it will be really cool
 
Pitot's music and, as usual, the music stops after 2 bars. And then the correct music starts. I wish it didn't - a cover for Beatles. Ugh.
3S. We'll let it be. I don't know whether he is just doing the jumps or it's an actual programme, if it is - it's very empty. Selevko spread eagle, expect a popped axel. Ok, no. Just a spread eagle.
I don't know how is Pitot's English, but his moves have noting to do with the music or the lyrics. I mean `Get back' and he is doing some changing the car gear moves. Huh? He lost me without ever finidng. It's kinda how to put every Beatles song into one programme for no reason. 2a.
Selevko 1A from a spread eagle. Selevko 1A from a spread eagle. I think he'll need mental help. Or will never do a 2A from a spread eagle agian.
@Hindernisse is here! Think that and Selevko's spread eagle into a 1A is the most exciting thing about Pitot's programme
 
Britscgi's music. A very cool start. fortunately we got the music right this time. And suddenly he is faster across the ice than the whole previous group (sans Torgashev). skating through with no jumps it seems. He is much less expressive than Economides, much less elegant than Selevko but he has the whole package. Siao Him Fa 3A. Am not sure hwy is Frangipani in this group but am glad to see him.
Britscghi lots of positng and part of the step sequence is done with the eye brows. My least favourite type of choreo. Siao Him fa 3A - big and efforgelss. Frangipani 3A, lots of power going into, but well done. Frangipani 3a (another)
 
Siao Him Fa's music.
Have to say I love the programme without the costume. Perhaps he should just walk on the ice wearing black trousers and a random black tshirt and skate it. skating through with no jumps. He barely spends any time on both feet and his speeding up into a 3A is 2 crossovers. that's it. He barely does any corssovers. the programme is freakin brilliant and so is his skating. I hope he will land the jumps. He is well into the second part of the prorgramme and is still going as fast as at the beginning.
 
Malinin's music - very deep phylosopical talking about nothing. I think he is also skating through with no jumps. Afraid without the jumps there is just nothing to watch. Miura just crashed into the border (got up, smiled and continued). Seriously, Selevko is more interesting than Malinin when Malinin is not jumping :(
Egadze double footing something, Frangipani 3S, Malining is still skating somewhere on the other side of the rink, I guess. A backflip suddenly - wow... he is as if hanging in th air for a second, it's slower than the backflips the guys usually do. That is impressive, not sure how will it look on the camera, but on the rink it's a complete WOW. The only WOW moment (or even worth watching moment in the last 4 minutes)
 
Frangipani's music. Miura crashing into the border. Frangipani skating around, hope it's at least the right myusic, at least there was some talking in Italian. Egadze 4S. Eteri is here with him.

Miura's music. Miura 4S without crashing into the border. Yet another SFAW music I guess? He is really fast across the ice. Notdoing the jumps. Malinin - a lazy 2A. Miura 3S landing almost on one knee. Beautiful, but would be dedacted. Frangipani 3s

Miura popping an axel, Miura 3a3s Siao Him Fa 4s fall. Frangipani 3t I think Miura speeding up like crazy. There are some really nice moves in his programme but it's not that the programme is interessting as a whole, more like some moves here and there.
 
Egadze's music
His hair is most unfortunate when he is skating - am not sure why is he growing it and why doesn't he cut it. Have a feeling the mission for @kosjenka will be to cut Egadze's hair. The music turns into an unrecognizable storm shouting. Miura 3a3s
Siao Him Fa something/3t hardly hanging.
If I thought Egadze's music could not become more annoying it just had. Frangipani 3s and freezing - on Egadze's way.
Egadze's music goes into Brezina's music (am pretty sure Brezina skated to that) Fa 4t3t. Miura 3A Malinin 3s. Or is it 4S? am not sure with the speed he spins in the air. Egadze is skating `the best of' other skaters, but it looks a bit like a parody - something lame in the air is not a raspberry jump, the ina bauer is not as good as Cha's, the other moves were done by the others better.
 
One thing i've realized as I've gotten older is that i'm not interested in watching all skating, i'm just interested in watching good skating. so thanks @TAHbKA for identifying possible good skating that I wouldn't have watched otherwise (like siao him fa, I don't usually watch men)
 
I guess this fits best here. No one has worked on new exhibition programs. All the players from last year are doing the same old same old. Nothing new with FBCiz either, just a rework of PapCiz choreo with the same burgundy outfits. Nakai’s will be new to most, so just fast forward to the last 15 minutes if you want to see something you haven’t seen a zillion times.

I am just letting it all run as "background noise" while I catch up on other things. The first 1/2 finished with an ice theatre group.
