We've discussed and debated, agreed and disagreed, yet we all have one thing in common - our love for figure skating and our concern for the skaters and for the future of figure skating.
Personally I feel emotionally "punched in the gut" for figure skating. The current situation goes far beyond what happened in the past couple of weeks. So here is a virtual hug for anyone and everyone who is feeling like sitting down and having a good long hard cry over the state of figure skating. I am not going to speculate about the future but I will stand with other fans who hope that this beloved sport has a bright future ahead.
