Gutted obviously but the important thing is that he heals quickly. It does mean they won't be able to attend the GPF and that's sucks big time.
Well done with the silver lining but I still want to punch something really hard right nowYep, that's just ... It painfully reminds me of the 2015/2016 season. On the positive note, we all know the beautiful programs that came from the second half of that season.![]()
According to Jackie Wong, Guillaume hurt his back. They are still on IdF.
I think they will still want to get their programmes out there; and also support their federation. Are we sure that they'll still go at Idf (if his back is healed?)? What are the chances that they skip the GP season completely since they won't make it to the GPF no matter what? I'd say they are high no?
I'm asking because I desperately want to see them in Grenoble and I fear that won't be the case...![]()

Thank you very much Maya. The important bit is that it doesn't sound serious and they're acting as precaution long trip, fatigue and first outing plus slightly injured back isn't a good combo. The article mentions they do intend to compete in France. Let's see ...
OMG see, we can have stupid crazy P&C fans.

I came in this thread to learn a bit about their programs cause I ain't got a clue.
Instead, I find crazy peeps - of the team who won, above all - still whinging about it?
What's wrong with you, guys?!
Now, can someone tell me what programs do they have this season? I mean the music of course. lol
The thing about back pain is that it's very easy to reaggravate so...hope for the best and expect the worst?
It would be especially sad for Gabriella and GuillaumeI'll feel badly for the people here who bought tickets to see them if they pull out of IdF
It would be especially sad for Gabriella and Guillaume
AFAIK, they will compete at Grenoble![]()
Sure you can be both, the most important being still - and by far - for Guillaume to recover ASAP, right?????You can be both? A fan who hopes to see them live in Grenoble AND concerned for his health.
Guys,
Guillaume was advised not to travel such distance(Montréal/Hiroshima) till he was fully recovered. He is able to skate so it should be a short term issue. Therefore Gaby and Guillaume plan to be in Grenoble.
Note: Guillaume is able to skate but he will obviously avoid to perform lifts until he fully recovers in the coming days.
You're right... How "pretended to be" G&G fans could be more concerned about their tickets for a competition rather than Guillaume's health and recovery? How shameful!
