Eisgala Exquisit Concert on Ice in Oberstdorf

The picturesque town of Oberstdorf is gearing up for another Eisgala Exquisit – Concert on Ice on December 30th, 2017. A stellar cast of figure skaters, including World Silver Medalists Aljona Savchenko & Bruno Massot and European Champion Florent Amodio, are guaranteed to deliver inspired performances to the vocals of musical guest star “The Voice of Germany” Winner Nick Howard. ARD figure skating commentator and former German Champion Daniel Weiss will MC this popular event.

Is there still a new year show from Obertsdorf? ES always used to show it every year.

The show has not been broadcasted this year, there was another one with more or less the same skaters earlier this season in Ingolstadt, which was televized on the German Channel ONE on Christmas Day. Daniel Weiss, who organizes the tour, is from Ingolstadt and usually comments skating events on ONE, so I guess that Eurosport does no longer earn the rights to the show.
