Apparently, Bulger had just transferred to Hazelton Federal Prison in West Virginia from today.

The Boston Globe has reported that there was serious bad blood between the two crime families. Word that Whitey was coming went out to the prisoners via prisoners who work in administration. It should have been no surprise to anyone.
