Misaligned Like Emojis

I'm not sure why but the Like button emojis are misaligned when I'm on my PC. I am using the latest version of Chrome on Windows 10. I get the bottom and top halves rather than the associated one. I do not have this problem on any of my android devices.

Is anyone else having this problem and is there a setting I need to look at changing?

I'm not having the issue right now, but I've had the same thing on my Mac.

It's a bug in Google Chrome and will be fixed in their next release.
