Cancer sucks. At least she sounds optimistic and willing to fight this, which is very important. I never saw her play but always remembered her name because she was my dad's favourite for the longest time. Sending her good wishes and hope it gets better quickly.

Ah, what a heartless disease on such a brave lady. I suggest we all give a donation to The American Cancer Society (or similar organizations), and say "With dedication and hope for Martina Navratilova in her brave fight". I will.
