List of high level skating clubs - globally

Hi Friends! I'm not sure where to put this thread. I'm currently developing a new business, and high level skating clubs are a great target for me. I'd love a comprehensive list of clubs/training centres where elite jr/senior skaters train - they can be international or simply national competitors.
