Since they had no more junior eligibility they were facing some pretty tough years ahead in terms of possible assignments, which I can imagine being a factor — though admittedly that should have been obvious from the beginning.

If she’s on IPS and he isn’t, it’s also possible he’s decided to bow out.

On GS, a poster wrote that they were still skating together, and the poster who had them on the split list said they may have gotten confused with Zachary Freedman, who is on Ice Partner Search.

BTW, I noticed Zachary Freedman, 21, is on IPS. He competed with Cirinia Gillett at the junior level internationally for the Philippines in 2018 (covering 2 seasons: http://www.isuresults.com/bios/isufs00104672.htm ) and states he has both Canadian and Great Britain citizenship.

I was afraid of that....Did not want to lose her. She has the qualities and so athletic to make a fantastic Ice Dancer. I guess I will have to start reading the US ice dance thread now. Le sigh

A dance coach in California? Kenan was in Florida with Marina as of the TV broadcast that was posted on FSU a few weeks ago. (I can see that this trying to follow the junior U.S. dance teams is going to be on the edge of impossible until June).

I would much prefer them to a)stay in Mtl b)go to Igor than Marina. I don't trust her after V/M. Fingers crossed for them. She was my favourite up and coming skater.
