True, but Kim easily had the most cohesive and focused presentation. Rahkamo's was stunningly unfocused, overlong, and lacking an overarching theme--very disappointing. Patricia St. Peter's presentation would have been a rousing success if the intended audience was middle management in middle America.

The appointed skater to Technical Committee used to be Alper Ucar. Ucar has now being switched to the TC appointed coach position replacing Margaglio (who is out of Technical Committee).
The appointed skater to Single & Pair Skating Technical Committee was Fedor Klimov. They didn't reappoint him but they didn't appoint anybody else either.

The Council decided to appoint Han Cong (CHN) as the Skater member of the Single & Pair Skating Technical Committee.

BTW, if anyone's memory needs refreshing, "The 59th ISU Congress 2024 will be held in Las Vegas USA from June 10-14, 2024, hosted by the United States Figure Skating Association," per previous announcement.
