Apologies if these have been posted elsewhere. I searched the forum and couldn't find anything.
The ISU now has an archive of figure skating videos posted on their website that include lots of recent on-ice and off-ice figure skating and speedskating coverage and also some historical footage.
Unfortunately the page is not well organized for purposes of finding specific videos.
Here are some links to the historical stuff that might be of interest.
International Skating Union - The First 100 Years Part 1/3 - ISU Archives (mix of figure skating and speedskating content: includes footage of Axel Paulsen and Madge Syers; also some English-style combined skating still performed in 1991)
III Olympic Winter Games - Men's Figure Skating - Lake Placid 1932 - ISU Archives
European Championships 1958 (the video title says pair skating, but it also includes video of men's figures and off-ice shots of the venue, spectators, etc.)
There are a fair number of short videos focused on specific mid-20th-century skaters.
