We have a small student pantry that is always running low.

A lot of restaurants here are offering some kind of free meal deal, but I think this one is especially thoughtful: ‘Your children don’t need to know’ – popular Central Ohio Italian restaurant offers free hot meal to families while dining in

Here’s how it works: stop in, get seated like everyone else, and tell your server you’d like the “family-style pasta.” After your meal is delivered, your check will come, but it will be $0.

someone in my neighborhood put together a PDF with all the available info and resources that included ways to volunteer and also how to host a food drive. the doc makes it easy to volunteer and we also had a last minute collection that as pretty successful.
