I will take a closer look at the article later, when I’m not at work, but for progressive, hard rock and metal fans this is well known. My father’s musical pedigree traces back to Beethoven, so I grew up listening to him, he was absolutely a rocker! (Beethoven, NOT my father!)
And yes, I am one of those people who loves classical/rock fusion.
I love classical, esp the romantic period. And while I love some hard rock, I mostly listen to soft rock & pop. I'm not familiar with classical/rock fusion. Like quartz, I'll read the article later. My cats are hungry NOW!
Interesting article: I remember hot summers at the pool when we would crank up ELO's version of "Roll Over Beethoven." I thought the genres paired well in that song. I know ALL isn't heavy but rock/classical can work.
