Happy Winter Solstice Day - Northern Hemisphere

I look forward to this day, because it means that starting tomorrow days will get long, even if just a few seconds each day.

I know in Southern Hemisphere days are getting shorter.

But December 21, 22, 23 - whatever day it falls on - gives me hope!

We just had a virtual Winter Solstice celebration at work.

I love the winter solstice, but it sort of passed me by this year - usually I like to light some candles as the shortest day of the year comes to an end.
