Israel's birthday is always celebrated according to the Hebrew calendar, not the Gregorian one.
It is either on the 5th of the month of Iyar or on one of the preceding or following days, depending on which day of the week 5th of Iyar falls on.
It is usually between middle of April to middle of May.
Last year we celebrated it on April 23rd, and next year we'll do it on May 2nd.
