That program was just a lot of flailing and to me...

For the first parts of it, but the step sequence was amazing!

Levito's skating is A DREAM. I turned everyone on to the hunching into the flip and Lutz years ago and that still bothers me but the rest is glorious. The flip is sitting so low on the landing, she's swinging her free leg all the way around to reset and it's going to get her more often than not because the center of the jump changes with that leg coming all the way around rather than pulling straight back. It wasn't like that before.

Gliding to die for, posture is fabulous, extension is wonderful. Give this all the PCS.

In a fair PCS world, this should stay ahead of Sumiyoshi. I absolutely absolutely would have it in the 9's.

Isabeau is so beautiful and elegant, the "pandering to the Italians" music suits her

Love this. Aside from the jump issues (her 3flip landing gets more and more random by the day, and the clear e on the 3lutz), this was just so effervescent.

I should really not like this program, but Isabeau makes it good. She makes it work.

Gorgeous program and going for a GOE strategy but she doesn’t have the base value for any mistakes.

3T looked < to me and is probably in -4 territory with the mistake after. 2A after the flipped looked q. Lutz ! or even e, but I had a much better view of the last two than the judges did. Can’t see this medalling in this field.

Stumble out of 3f-3t and put hand down, nice solo triples, great body control—everything is positioned so beautifully and flows from one moment to next, the art of everything makes her 3f takeoff stand out so much like a sore thumb

Well, if she hadn't botched that opening combo, she'd probably have been able to remain ahead of Sumiyoshi, but I don't think she'll get enough of a PCS bump to do it.

Overall a beautiful performance, but the question marks around her ability to do these toe combinations are going to continue to grow after this competition.

I'm sure this is not a radical opinion, but can I just state for the record how much I hate the "hop exit" feature that gets skaters a Level 4 on spins? Especially in a gentle and smooth program like this, it just breaks the spell of the choreography.

It’s the music and the baby blue, people love this music. for me doesn’t go anywhere there’s no Lows and no highs.
