I can't find the general gofundme thread anymore (should we start a new one?),
but Hubbell/Donohue just updated their gofundme page

Madison also opened an etsy shop with her mom to fund their skating

A friend of Keegan Messing's mother has set up a GoFundMe to help with the Messing family's expenses: https://www.gofundme.com/messing-family-olympic-expenses

ETA that his mom spoke very emotionally to the media upon arrival at the Anchorage airport:
What a great celebration for Keegan and his local skating community. His mom looks Native Alaskan. Could he be the 1st Native Alaskan to compete at the Winter Olympics too?

"For: Adam Rippon's Brothers and Sisters":
All of Adam’s siblings are full-time students: two in Grad school, two in college, and his youngest brother still in high school.
Brady, sometimes referred to as the “Bonus Rippon” is my good friend, former classmate, and [second] younger brother to Adam. Now that Adam made the team, I want to do all I can to get a few “Bonus Rippons” to Korea so that Adam has a solid support system in place to join his mother in PyeongChang. ... I am asking for your help in sending some of his brothers and sisters to Korea!

Adam just tweeted this link himself today: https://twitter.com/Adaripp/status/955197376657960960
"People from my hometown have put this together and it’s so overwhelmingly kind. I can’t thank everyone enough for helping my fam get to Korea #NEPAProud ❤️"
GREAT to see that both Mirai and Madi Hubbell have reached/exceeded their fundraiser goals for Pyeongchang! :)

News story about Joshua's brain injury and crowdfunder that made me tear up a bit: http://www.krdo.com/news/local-figure-skater-brings-awareness-to-traumatic-brain-injury/683743822
Erin Farris saw firsthand the battle her son was fighting. ( ... )

"Concussions are a silent epidemic." Through a GoFundMe account that initially was set up to help with his therapy fund and medical expenses, “There are a lot of people suffering from it."

Josh is now using the left over donations to give back to the community.
"We are going to start a foundation for TBI victims and concussion victims in Josh's name."

A nice break for the Tennell family -

Had an amazing birthday surprise from @United today! They are flying my mom and brothers to South Korea to watch me compete in the 2018 Winter Olympic Games! #teamunited#teamusa #grateful
It's cool that United is picking up the slack for someone who popped up too late to get any sponsor attention. I hope they'll help a few more families, too.

I do hope Donovan Carrillo gets a crowdfund page set up in the lead up to Beijing (should he still be competing by then).

It's disappointing to read that he's pretty much had to pay his way to Taipei City for this week's Four Continents, save for some minor raffle fundraising. Kudos to coach Gregorio Nunez to not ask for any salary in all these years of coaching Donovan.

Wow. Definitely kudos to his coach. According to the article, the National Commission of Physical Culture and Sport said they would help him and then he never heard from them.
I would definitely donate if he sets up a crowdfund page.

Donovan Carrillo is likely to be doing more out of country training like he did this past summer at John Zimmerman's rink in Coral Gables, Florida while preparing for Nebelhorn. In other words, expenses aren't getting cheaper. But in the case of a skater like Julian Yee (a somewhat comparable case to Donovan), a complete move to a full time facility like Mariposa in Ontario helped him get to the Olympics.

On the bright side: there is at least some positive buzz and momentum: Donovan Carrillo's Four Continents long program video has 2.5 Million views in Facebook since it was uploaded this week. Should he maintain this form and make top 20 at Junior Worlds, surely some media or sports entity will get the ball rolling on something.

Loena and Jorik are also selling t-shirts to raise funds: https://synchrophotomerchandise.com/

They recently set up a crowdfunder to fly their Mum to Pyeongchang:
http://www.worldofcrowdfunding.com/help-fulfil-our-…-and-our-mum’s-olympic-dream
Costs make it impossible for our parents to accompany us. Our parents have never seen us perform live in any major competition (except my Mum in the European championships in 2011!) Our Mum’s biggest dream is to see us perform live at the Olympics in Pyeongchang … and ours to have her with us for once!
