AT&T Internet Question

I'm moving to an apartment where I have to get AT&T Internet and am not allowed to get a cable TV connection, so my plan is to subscribe to YouTube TV. My question is if anyone has AT&T Internet only (without DirecTV, AT&T TV, or UVerse) and has had any issues with going over the monthly data limit? I've always had cable TV so this is my first foray into internet-based TV. I usually have my TV on about 9 hours per day, so I'm afraid I'm going to eat up a lot of data. The monthly limit is 1TB and the estimator on their website makes it look like I'll be close to the limit when you add TV usage plus working at home three days a week.

You should be fine with 1TB. I work from home full-time, and we stream all day and evening. A lot of that time there are at least 2 TVs streaming. I have Xfinity internet only and can track our usage. So far, there was just one month where we hit 1TB and that was back in December. I don’t know why because we’ve streamed just as much in later months. I know 4K really eats into the data but we don’t stream 4K.

ETA Not to mention several devices on the wi-fi. You should be fine.

I have a bundle package with AT&T. I have AT&T U-verse Internet with unlimited data plan for $40 dollars a month. That means I can stay on my laptop 24 hours a day or forever and my unlimited plan will still be $40 dollars a month. I have a green data cord that plugs into my phone jack from my modem. So there's no cable involved. I do have DirecTV, but I don't have my U-verse internet connected to my TV. I would have to get an internet kit and an HD DVR through DirecTV in order to do that, and it's a little too expensive for me at the moment. All I have is an HD Receiver. I do know I can have up to five devices hooked up to my internet, and it would still be $40 dollars a month.

I'm not sure what AT&T Internet is, but AT&T U-verse is all I could get in the location where I live.
