Accidentally put threads on ignore

Ive accidentally put several threads on ignore. I don't know how I did, I've tried to change it but can't find the right settings?

It doesn't seem to be like ignore a user or remove from ignore a user

Can an admin help?

I think I might have figured out it - it took me a time.

I had been trying to do it from my user page. Once I found it one the thread page, it was so easy
