A Charlie Brown Christmas

Too early to watch. It better be on later - in December. And "I Want a Dog for Christmas, Charlie Brown"!! I just remembered I saved my "Emmett Otter's Jugband Christmas" in the DVR too!

Oh, I'm going to miss it. I'll be driving home from work. Maybe I can borrow it from the library.

I do think they will show it again. I seem to recall the last handful of years it has aired twice, which is nice. Of course, we had to get the DVD's (the complete holiday season series) which is really great. A can't miss family tradition going way back. :)

I would DVR it to watch every year closer to Christmas, but I've got too much stuff on there now. One is She's A Good Skate, Charlie Brown (the second half of the Happy New Year, Charlie Brown). And I still watch it when it's actually on - in HD on a 40" t.v. now. If I saved that one, it would take up twice as much DVR space forever.

Who's for getting the biggest aluminum Christmas tree that they can find? Maybe painted pink!!

Off topic, but I am waiting for a 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas' thread to pop up! Poor Max!! :dog:

My church has the kids put on the ""Charlie Brown Christmas" it's adorable. Last year Snoopy stole the show and our Linus was excellent. I hope they were re-casted this year.

Our associate pastor or as our senior pastor says he is her co-pastor on equal standing, is the creative director. He is amazing, writes parts for all who want to participate even if it is just the chorus.

It's my new Christmas tradition
