It's a shame HUN are in this group. They have a higher SB/PB than some in the next group and would probably have a better chance of making the free (if anyone makes mistakes of course) if they skated later.

Same here. Pretty much everyone I know is very aware of my passion for the sport. The first time I saw (or spoke on the phone to) any of my friends after the Olympics, their first question was "So, how was Milano?"

I always tell everyone that "I'll be in Prague (or wherever the event is taking place) until the end of the week." I say it that way SO often that almost everybody knows I mean that I'll be watching skating on my sofa at home. Imagine how funny it was to me when I spoke with a friend's daughter on the phone just before the GPF and I told her I would be in Japan for the next few days ... and she took me literally. Her mom called me later to say, "Gillian was SHOCKED to hear that you were going to Japan. She ended her call with you and exclaimed to me ... "WHY ON EARTH would Sally fly all the way to Japan for just 3-4 days??!!"

The Brits will have to come really really close to or above their PB, JPN have just almost equalled Phebe & James's SB/PB. I'd like to see them both making it but that will mean someone needs to screw up later
