Im sitting high up today, and that drone looks like a fly I want to make go away all the time.

AkoRakh - 3tw - nice; SBS 3t - very nice; throw 3z - fantastic; SBS 3s+2a+2a - different time zones but done; first lift - good; second lift - interesting entrance & well done; throw 3s - maybe a foot down on the landing; FODS - eh; choreo seq - eh; last lift - aborted - yikes - massive error; combo spin - bit messy.

Well, that was a shame with the final lift. Shouldn't cause them to drop behind anyone else but HocKun though.

Their choreo wasn't the most complex, but their elements are very strong (well, aside from the aborted lift). I really enjoyed that!

What a shame about the failed lift. Everything was going so very well for them up to that point. I thought they were going into the lead for sure. Overall, though, Karina and Nikita have really impressed at this Worlds.

Oh such a shame that lift didn't work! They were doing so well. I'm so impressed by how much they have improved through the season. They were totally looking like a top 10 team which I don't think anyone was expecting.

They'll still be top 10, I think. They had enough of an SP cushion over both ZhaHua and VouBou to be okay overall. That will also get them 2 GPs for next season.

Same I was thinking how much they’ve improved since Skate America when the lift came down.

Next season, some pair needs to do a Short Program to Rocky and Bullwinkle.

Rocky and Bullwinkle would be a big step up from this.

I think we’re down to a two jump combination only next season? I think this was one of the changes originally intended for this season that will go into effect next season. Can’t come soon enough!

Nice lifts. The second throw was beautiful.

EfiMit - 3tw - very good; SBS 3s+2a+2a - hand down on the 3s & messy 2nd 2a for her; SBS 3t - and down she goes; throw 3lo - solid; first lift - good; combo spin - quite decent; second lift - fine; throw 3s - smooth as butter; last lift - fine; FODS - good; choreo seq - nice enough.

Well, it wasn't perfect, but it was solid enough to get the job done and keep the USA's hopes of keeping 3 pairs spots going.

Efimova Mitrofanov have star quality. Not that we didn't know, but it's so obvious in the arena too. I wish them all the best for the future.

I know they've said that they like having the lyrics because it gives them something to connect to, but this program would be so much better if they were just using an instrumental version of the song. The lyrics are soooo cheesy.

Katia Gordeeva’s weakness was sbs jumps (more 3T than 2A) like Alisa.
