A pleated ruffle collar we’ve seen in the most recent seasons of designer runway…the dress has a lot of sophisticated elements to it and I appreciate that it’s not typically what we see on the ice. It has a classy simplicity with the lack of sequins and sparkle, and then daring with that low back. It’s really just the color that makes it seem childish and off-putting.
