Why are there so many empty seats? Have all these people had last minute impediments?

I think it will fill up more following this ice remake. People out of their seats for bathroom/food as well as late arrivals.

@Lanie was told no empty seats to move, so probably wealthy/famous that will just show for final group.

Plus sponsor seats. But it's been filling up steadily since the first group, so it should be full by the time the last group takes the ice.

I think he decided to embrace being at the Olympics and not worry about scores and stuff. He skated so fry and without his usual nerves.

Someone posted this revealing interview. Andrew was complaining to Raf about why he can`t "get it". "He`s as good as others", but....etc. Raf started ignoring him at the rink. Andrew realized he had to take responsibility for his own results. He`s had the best training. Nothing else can be done. He must decide for himself to win. Period. He certainly seemed in control of his skating tonight.

LOL I grew up with Hamilton commentary and after Vasiliev's skate heard a voice in my head "What he did, he did very well". aiieeeeee
