2026 Europeans - Free Dance - "Sheffield Whinesday"

I loved that choreo from Khaliavin. I think it picks up the rhythm of the music. Her toe-point was beautiful in the stationary lift to start, and I liked the circular pattern of the twizzles and that the choreo step, if they had to do it, receded from the judges.

I preferred the Israeli’s version. What is the story for the one glove and hair shellac?

I do understand why we have so many Ricky Martins (all hail our Lord and Savior, Keeper of the Uno, Dos, Tres). It fits the rhythm requirement, it's familiar, and it's somewhat ballroom adjacent. Probably most of their coaches skated/already choreo'ed a Ricky Maritn-themed program back in the day of the Latin SD or OD, so it's a more comfortable element in a really questionable choice for an RD. But the resurgence of Muse....leave that with P/C. NO ONE benefits from that comparison.

PCS should be way better than the Finns. Skating skills matter. Composition of program matters. Rolling around on the ice can only get you so much presentation score.

I really don’t like this redux Joker program. Another Fusar-Poli camp miss. The ending section goes NOWHERE. Their best material was years ago.

Speaking of the Joker, WHERE is my Nutcracker Prince? Now I'm going to spend their entire FD worrying about Litventsev.

If you are goign to dye your hair green for a Joker program, it needs to be a lot less subtle than this!

Seems Ignateva’s costumer was so focused on the skirt that they failed to wedgie-proof the trunks…

Program becomes a bit monotonous till the end even though it closes with a high tempo choreo sequence, good but I have them behind Val & Kazimov
