2025 Skate Canada Womens SP PBP - Night of the Cheating Edge

Isabeau with a lack of whickety whack, but even with clean costume lines she ends up with a yoke around her shoulders. Is this a trick to keep her from raising her shoulders?

Isabeau Levito 🇺🇸
Coach: J. Kuznetsova, O. Japaridze, S. Kuznetsov
Music: Almost in Your Arms, Zou Bisou Bisou

3F!+3T
2A
Flying Camel Spin 4
3Lo
Step Sequence 3
Change Foot Combo Spin

The combination was a bit more work this week compared to France, but the rest of the program is of the highest quality.

71.80 = 2nd Place

Tennell's skating skills score is the outlier in an otherwise I agree with the judges rarity on that component. The CO and PR are a different story.

Levito has such glorious glide and positions all the time except into that combo jump. And I'll probably say it every single time she skates from now until she retires but she's just beautiful.

Same vibe as I had 2 weeks ago. The program doesn't hit me yet like last year's ended up doing, but it's very good all the same.

Seeing how Chiba seems to have gotten away with a TES gift, this score should be super close if not into the lead.

Let's hope! I don't like the silver accent at her waist -- it's distracting.

Levito below Chiba on tech before any rotation reviews. Don't agree with that given Chiba's ! (called) and underrotations (not called). Curious if she can pull it out on PCS?

The contrast here between Levito and Tennnell and Everhardt is stark. Provided she doesn't bomb the free here, I think she has the Olympic spot locked up.

Edge warning on the flip?!? Bizarre calling.
