2025 Skate Canada Womens FS PBP - I Screamed a Scream

How TF is that 2A not a clear -5? Whatever.

The program is so junior but once again, the skating skills and the effortless movement across the ice REALLY stands out, especially in direct comparison to the two American women we've seen so far.

It was a 2A. She didn't overrotate enough to get called a 3A<< but rather just popped to a 2footed 2A.
It was something. I understand what you're saying, but it definitely was a 3A on her planned content and it just seemed like her body went "nope" as she took off.

I don’t like this cover of “What a Wonderful World”, but I understand Nakai choosing it.
She’s such a classic Japanese skater and the whole package is so light and Kawaii, it’s pretty darn delightful to watch.

It doesn't matter what her planned content was  She did a 2A as she came out mid-air, and it was called appropriately as a 2A. You don't call the content on the paper ;)

Yikes, that axel was crazy town like she got lost in the air. But other than the last flip the other jumps were wonderful.

I disagree that this music works for her. She's a bit too perky for this (wannabe) soulful cover.
