It's like work even watching this forced presentation of Schizas. Every moment seems like a lot of uncomfortably forced effort. But at least she got through it.

Another example of Schizas backing off the technical content - only 6 triples, only repeated 1 triple, only 2 combinations. At some point she needs to start repeating either the flip, or the Lutz, but this has been her plan for many years, and still not executed.

Considering how much of a disaster yesterday was, this was not bad. The very OTT Drama Face in the choreo sequence was pretty distracting though.

She's in dire need of a horror movie soundtrack to match her facial expression.

If had never seen Schizas before cause I lived under a rock but knew something about skating, I would assume with this program she was a promising junior. The pink costume, the coronet, the open mouth to convey emotion that looks like she's trying not to spit something unpleasant tasting out, the butterfly hands, the unsteady wildness in parts.

Schizas just has very unfortunate packaging that makes her seem very junior and young. This program accentuates that. But a much better skate for her today thankfully! She needs to emote throughout the program and not just once the jumps are done toward the end.

The USA ladies in Lisa McKinnon custom dresses are a stark contrast to Schizas’ whickety-whack dress that has no relationship to the music.

This young woman is nothing extraordinary but she’s more pleasant to watch than Schizas. Which is not kind, I know.

A McLeod skater with zero grace trying to skate to this music aside, I'm much more impressed with Shiryaeva than I thought I'd be. She really lands her jumps rough.

Shiryaeva kind of resembles Max from Stranger Things and Dupuis looks like Eleven. Sandwiched in there we get a Stranger Things program, not by either of them.

Shiryaeva doesn't have the prettiest jumps but getting them done. But spins more centered and a better spiral than Schizas. These steps are sooooo slow though.

Wow, Shiryaeva is so surprising. This program is far more sophisticated than Schizas'. And Uliana's jumps are so efficient, there's no wasted energy in them. Her air position is tight, her legs are always neatly together going up and out. Wow.

That was a nice program i guess, but that part where she just windmilled her arms for 5 seconds then looked a little lost was my favorite

I do think this was better for Uliana but her jumps are still a bit dicey and that footwork was so slow

ETA: For any Jay's fans not multitasking they just got a 3 run home run
