2025 Skate Canada Mens FS PBP - The Oh-Men

Selevko has 2 really great programs this season and I love that they are so different.
The rest in the middle (especially the dramatik pounding of the boards) is a bit hilarious but otherwise this is great choreography for him and he performs it so well.
Bonus for the Aymoz-worthy layout.

:cheer2:

Yeah, he does have a Hamill wedge. Most clear on the spins. :lol:

To my eye, Kazuki is finally looking like a young man instead of a tweenager. And I approve of the shirt. But this music and skate should be forgotten. Please get enough points to hang on to the podium.

He has at least bronze and this is his only event
Yes, but he is 1st alternate so if there are any withdrawals for the last couple of events, he'll get the spot. And, honestly, after the way Kevin skated today - he may very well WD from SkAm to finish healing up.

Compared to Selevko this is night and day in PCS all around. Japanese skaters and their knee bend, deep edges, effortless gain of speed, full use of body. Everything I want to see in skating.

I'd give him the lead even with the questionable rotation on the two jumps he missed. So much more of a complex program, PCS should be much much higher.

Kazuki Tomono 🇯🇵
Rank after SP: 2
Coach: Tajin Hiraike, Yukako Sugita
Music: Halston by Stephan Moccio

4T+2T
4T - hand down, edge slipped, fall
4S< - fall
3Loq

Flying Camel Spin 4
3A+1Eu+3S
3F+2A+SEQ
3A
Step Sequence 3
Change Foot Sit Spin 4
Choreo Sequence

Change Foot Combo Spin 4 (3V after review) - stumbles out

A more subtle program than Kazuki usually does, but he pulled it off beautifully. The technical elements were pretty good, but just has slight timing issues that pull him outside the circle on the jumps occasionally, and also a spin this time.

-2.00 = Falls
159.39 = 4th Place
251.46 = 3rd Place
