2026 Olympic Winter Games
CBC Gem Figure Skating Links webpage - https://gem.cbc.ca/collection/olympics-figure-skating

So after reading the contents of the next post, it appears live streaming and replays of figure skating as a dedicated full event will only be on CBC Gem.
As part of the daily mixed-sports programs on TV, (duplicated on their streaming platforms), figure skating could be on Sportsnet, TSN, and/or CBC.

Edited to clarify non-Gem TV and streaming.

In previous Olympics the complete figure skating competition segments have been shown in either Sportsnet or TSN channel

CBC main tv channel just shows the final flights or highlights in some cases, so it looks like will be the same thing with Milano-Cortina

Yes - but it really depends on the schedule and what else is happening at the same time. Priority will ALWAYS be given to Men and Women's hockey games over figure skating, (particularly this year when Canada is not that strong in figure-skating, I would imagine). Curling will also be a top priority so it will really depend on the schedule of Canadian games. That being said, the afternoon show does list figure skating as one of it's featured sports along with curling, hockey and "major medal events".
With regard to TSN's 5 channels and Sportsnet's 3 channels' coverage of figure skating, they have been know to start on one channel, then switch it to another when something else important starts. (That made it really tough to keep up with switches and record from Beijing due to the time difference - Italy will be easier to monitor without staying up half the night since all but the first day of the team competition take place in the daytime.)
