I'm thinking "cutouts on men" can't apply to this event so let's change it to majority with cutouts for the Women. Someone tell me if this flight counts. I've only seen two costumes, both with cutouts.

My sense is that Clemence doesn’t really “have” either the 3t3t or 3f just yet. Seems like she wasn’t even trying for L4 on the spins except for the layback.
